The processing may take some time. The purchase may be processed within 24 hours. If the items are not added to your account after the purchase please try relaunching Tacticool: close the game, dump the application from the device’s multi task menu, launch the game again.
If that doesn’t help please submit a support ticket to the Tacticool Support team. You can do it either in-game by clicking on Side menu— “Feedback” — ”Support” or by sending a request from Help Center (you will get a direct response to your email).
We will do our best to help you resolve the issue, however we will need as much details on the purchase as you can provide to speed up the process:
- Which item you purchased and when.
- The Public ID of the account the purchase was made through.
- A screenshot showing payment details (Store receipt, transaction number etc.).
IMPORTANT: we will have to have a screenshot of the store receipt in order to process your request.
How to find the store receipt?
For iOS or iPadOS: The store receipt must’ve been sent to the email linked to your Apple ID. You can also check the purchase history in your Apple ID settings. Here’s more on how to do that.
For Android: The store receipt must’ve been sent to the email linked to your Google account.You can also check the purchase history in your Google account settings. Here’s more on how to do that.
