Operators, If you are experiencing any kind of issue with viewing ads in-game you may want to reset the Advertising ID on your device. Below you can find the ways how it can be done.
If you have iOS or iPadOS device:
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap on "Privacy".
- Tap on "Tracking".
- Toggle "Allow Apps to Request to Track" off and then select "Ask Apps to Stop Tracking" in the prompt.
- Toggle "Allow Apps to Request to Track" back on.
If you have Android device:
- Go to Google account settings on your device.
- Tap on "Ads".
- Tap on "Reset Advertising ID".
You may also want to clear the in-game cache. This should help to resolve the issue. IMPORTANT: Before clearing the cache ensure that your Panzerdog ID is linked to your account.
To clear the in-game cache:
- Go to the game menu.
- Tap or click on "Settings".
- Tap or click on "Developer" section.
- Tap or click on "Clear cache".
