If you have lost access to your account and you don't have access to it on another device, then contact Tacticool support team. We will help you to restore your data.
Please, provide the following information so that we can find and restore your account:
- Exact nickname and rating of the lost account.
- The model of the device you used to play the game.
- Any additional information about your account: weapons, the last time you played, your clan, etc.
- The screenshot of your last purchase confirmation emailed to you by the App Store or Google Play. It should be a purchase made on the lost account before contacting us. For information on how to access your purchase history, check the articles for iOS and iPadOS or Android.
