Due to some tricky local rules, we've had to make the tough decision to stop offering Tacticool in the Vietnamese Google Play and Apple App Store.
This means you won't find Tacticool in the app stores there anymore. But don't worry, players outside Vietnam can still dive into the game without any issues. We're really hoping this isn't a permanent goodbye, and we're actively searching for ways to bring Tacticool back to our awesome players in Vietnam in the future.
Q: How do I continue to play and keep my progress safe?
As a solution, you can create the new Google Play account or Apple ID with other region and use your Panzerdog ID to restore your progress. You can sign in right in the game settings.
If you do not have Panzerdog ID connected to your account, please reach us via support@panzerdog.com for the account restoration. We will transfer your progress to the new account.
Q: When will Tacticool be back in Vietnam?
We're staying in the loop with our local pals and the government, hoping to bring Tacticool back to Vietnam down the road. We can't say for sure when, but we're crossing our fingers for a comeback.
